Yes, all our tours are private, Tours are booked for minimum of 2 passengers to maximum 3 passengers.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mandates a weight limit of no more than 250lbs (113kg) per person and a total group weight limit of no more than 450lbs (204kg) for a group of passengers.

Eagles Air Tours does not provide transportation however passengers can use their own transportation means.

When do I have to check in for my tour?

Passengers are required to show up no later than 20 minutes before the tour begins. Passengers who fail to do so might be subject to an additional fee or a reduction of the tour duration.

Each passenger will be provided clean sacks. Additional cleaning charges will be assessed for passengers who fail to use the clean sack.

• We offer free cancelation up to 24 hours prior your flight time, please email us if you             booked directly on our website at : Eagles_airways@hotmail.com
• No refunds for No-Show ( if you miss your flight, you will be marked No-Show ) however      you will be offered the option to reschedule with a payment equals 60% of your original        payment.  
• Full refunds applies for flights cancelled by Eagles Air Tours due to technical issues.

We are Eagles Air Tours ensure following safety guidelines of the CDC. The aircraft is disinfected between each tour. Our tours are private and exclusive for each reservation, the pilot will wear the mask the entire time.
